About Therapy

Beginning therapy can be a scary undertaking — it’s an investment of your time and finances, and it may be uncomfortable at times. But therapy is also a commitment to your personal growth and well-being. Using a collaborative, active, and strength-based approach we will explore your experiences, set goals, celebrate the joy in your life, and discover the potential in your journey.

Individual Therapy

I believe that therapy can be helpful for everyone—whether you’re looking to clarify your path, improve communication skills, or face unexpected life changes, anxiety, or depression. We will work in partnership to identify your strengths and support systems and increase your strategies for self-care.

Relationship Therapy

Whether you are looking to enhance an already positive connection, prepare for the next stage of your relationship, break difficult cycles, or work through stuck places, therapy can be a powerful tool for strengthening or redefining your relationship.

My work with couples is informed by PACT, EFT, and Gottman methods as well as the Prepare/Enrich premarital assessment and tools.

Online Therapy

Life can be hectic and sometimes that inhibits our ability to take good care of ourselves. A portion of my practice is dedicated to working with clients throughout California via a secure online platform so that travel and scheduling conflicts can take a backseat.
